January 25, 2012 - Senator Orie presents a copy of the American Heart Month citation to Chris Frampton, Chair of the American Heart Association's Capital Region Board of Directors.  The American Heart Month and "Wear Red for Women" campaigns aim to educate the public about heart disease and preventing heart attacks and strokes.
 

January 23, 2012 - Senator Orie congratulates Don Holl and J.P. Holtz who were named to Pennsylvania's Big 33 Football Classic team. Don Holl is the coach at Seneca Valley High School. J.P. Holtz plays for Shaler Area High School.

January 13, 2012 - Senator Orie drops the puck at the high school charity ice hockey game between North Allegheny and Seneca Valley. Proceeds from this event went to the Susan G. Komen for a Cure. (Please click on photograph to view an additional photo from this event.)
